Where are you located?
We’re in downtown Toronto, steps from both Spadina Station and St George Station. The Spadina streetcar is also nearby—so getting around in every direction is very convenient.
Are the kitchens and bathrooms shared?
Bedrooms are private. Suites are shared with other guests. Each suite includes a shared kitchen and three washrooms: two full bathrooms with showers plus one additional washroom.
Do rooms have air conditioning?
Air conditioning is available in Superior and Premium Suites.
Is parking available?
There is limited street parking nearby.

I really liked the location. It was very accessible to public transportation, and the neighborhood around had a lot of cool bars and cafés and some cute stores. The room was very clean and it was nice to have the AC unit.

Great location (Spadina subway station), clean room, air conditioning. 6 rooms in a pod, each pod has own kitchen and fridge. Restaurant offers discount to people who stay.

Best bang for the buck! Room was very well put together, it was very clean, the AC unit worked very well, and the location is superb, at walking distance from a lot of restaurants and UofT campuses.
