Please note all refunds are processed to your provided credit card even though payments are also accepted via e-transfer and wire transfer.

Cancelling my Fall term stay (September – December or September - April):

• Cancelling before July 31 - administration fee of $400
• Cancelling after July 31 - no refund of deposit
• Cancelling after moving in:
  • More than 60 days notice - administration fee $400
  • Less than 60 days notice - administration fee $800

Cancelling my Winter term stay (January - April):

• Cancelling before November 30 - administration fee of $400
• Cancelling after November 30 - no refund of deposit
• Cancelling after moving in:
  • More than 60 days notice - administration fee $400
  • Less than 60 days notice - administration fee $800

Cancelling Summer term stay (May-August): 

• Your stay is less than a month:
  • Cancelling 7 days or more before moving in - 2 nights fee
  • Cancelling less than 2 days before moving in - administration fee 50%
  • Cancelling after moving in – no refund
• Your stay is more than 1 month:
  • Cancelling before move-in date - administration fee $400
  • Cancelling after moving in - administration fee $800
