Our suite-style residence gives group members privacy in their own rooms, and also a familial, communal feeling from living with others of the same group or other students in the shared suite. In each suite there are 5-6 private bedrooms, a shared kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and common area. There is a restaurant on site with meal plan options available. Residents also have access to a coin-operated laundry room, printer/photocopier, ATM, weekly housekeeping services and 24/7 Front Desk security. We also offer linen services at an additional charge.
A few things to note:
- Depending on our availability, we can accommodate small and large group sizes for various lengths of time. However, our preference goes to groups who are planning to stay for longer than 1 week.
- Our building is designed for independent, student living. Therefore, if there are members of your group under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a chaperone or team leader who lives in the building and will take responsibility for minors.
- More details will be provided from TC, but to go forward with a reservation, the group must provide a deposit payment, and details about the group (dates, number of members, ages, genders, and names).
