JULY 5, 2017 UPDATE: TARTU COLLEGE has no female and only one male Climate Controlled Rooms available for the 2017-18 September to April school term.
Standard rooms are still available for both females and males for the fall-winter 2017-18 school year.
APRIL 20,2017 - Tartu College is only accepting full school year (September 2017 to April 2018) Room Applications at this time.
Students interested in only Fall Term (September - December 2017) accommodations should revisit this site August 15, 2017.

Tartu College Student Residence


Tartu College is an unique and desirable 18 story co-ed residence providing affordable accommodation for students attending the University of Toronto downtown campus. If rooms available, other university and college students may be accepted commencing July 1st.


Tartu College student residence is located at 310 Bloor Street West at the corner of Madison Avenue, one block east of Spadina Road.

The residence is located next to Toronto's north-south and east-west subway lines, as well as the streetcar and bus systems, providing easy access to all university campuses as well as to Toronto's vibrant city life and diverse culture. Many destinations are within walking distance.

The residence commands a central position in the city at the north end of the University of Toronto campus.
